Fertility Testing
The male patient will provide a semen sample through masturbation. If the patient does not produce sperm in the ejaculation, a sperm sample may be taken from his testes involving MESA, a surgical retrieval.
- SEMEN ANALYSIS: Concentration, Motility,Morphology and sperm DNA fragmentation analysis.

IVF with Donor Eggs
IVF with donor egg can apply to infertile couples or same-sex male couples. If the couple undergo IVF with donor eggs, the cost is roughly 50,000 to 70,000 US dollars. The husband has to stay in America for a week to collect sperm and the partner who carry pregnancy needs to stay in America for at least 4-5 weeks for embryo transfer. We also have other international intended parents who have their sperm transported to the US. That saves them one trip and we will help with all the transportation arrangements.
IVF with Donor Eggs and Surrogacy
For women and men who are unable to use their own eggs, those who want to parent without a partner, and same sex couples – pregnancy may be achieved using donor eggs and a Gestational Surrogate (GS) who will carry the baby to term for the intended parent(s).
If you don’t live in the US, you will need to come here only once or twice (for the sperm collection at the fertility clinic and the birth of the baby). We also have other international intended parents who have their sperm transported to the US. That saves them one trip and we will help with all the transportation arrangements. We usually inform hopeful parents to plan for one and a half years from the day they register with our agency until they have a baby.
